The styling of Julianne Moore’s character in A Single Man by Tom Ford was one of my favorites in 2010. Deco is also having a revival with all the Black and Gold pattern combinations I am seeing.

I just discovered you blog & loved it. I’m an interior designer from Melbourne, Australia & I found it very inspiring. Blogging is all new to me but I have just set up my own blog
scrapbook-melissah.blogspot.com
You may like to check it out because I had so much fun doing it. It’s got a bit of everything fashion, interiors, food, travel spots – hopefully you will find something in there that you like.
Thanks for providing me with such great entertainment!
Cheers

I actually just watched this movie 2 nights ago for the first time! I loved it and thought the styling and way it was shot was absolutely dreamy. Way to go, Tom Ford!
Hi Elise!
Yes, seriously, way to go to Tom. The range of talent is stellar!
Lovely classic elegant combination. I’m embarrassed to admit that I still haven’t seen A Single Man – going to put it at the top of my Netflix account – how gorgeous does she look!! Adore the little Horchow table and have the Penguin Fitzgerald series in my queue at Amazon!!
I think the best part of A Single Man is the fashion (naturally) and the interiors…and I am always nuts for that early 60s glam party look. I want the Fitzgerald series too, they have been patiently waiting in my Amazon queue as well, but they are hard to get a hold of! :)
