I was looking for a cocktail recipe to serve this weekend and came across this Cucumber Lime Gimlet which looks perfect to serve for the last real weekend of the summer.

Looking up cocktail recipes got me thinking about the fact that we don’t have a bar in the apartment, but rather an out of sight cabinet that holds liquor bottles. It would be fun to have a vintage bar cart in the living room to mix cocktails like these below.
